The MSc Project Management programme is designed to give students the specialised knowledge they need to develop, implement, and manage projects successfully. This course is for anybody interested in pursuing, advancing, or switching to a job in project management after graduating with a degree in business, computer, or engineering.

What you'll learn
From a practical and strategic standpoint, you will get a wide understanding of the most fundamental principles in project management. You will get an understanding of the risks associated with project management and how to mitigate them, enhancing your decision-making abilities. The 12-month programme will cover crucial subjects such as project development, risk and opportunity management, project financial management, and people and organisation management. This course is taught in an interactive format with a real-world application. Learning will occur both within and outside of the classroom. A multitude of online tools will supplement face-to-face learning, including case studies, simulations, learning films, reading materials, and online assessment and feedback.
