The Master of Business Administration degree is designed to help managers who have the authority and personal qualities to transform organisational strategy into effective operational performance improve strategic management and leadership abilities. This certificate represents contemporary strategic management and leadership practise and helps learners to deepen and broaden their understanding of strategic management and leadership in the workplace. This certification is designed for mature students with a background in academics or the workplace. The certificate places a strong focus on the development of practical skills in addition to academic basics.

What you'll learn
Learners who complete the MBA programme will be equipped with the necessary skills and competencies to become successful strategic managers. Learners can also use the qualification to advance into or within work, as well as continue their studies toward a DBA. Part 1 of the MBA consists of 6 units for a total of 60 ECTS, while part 2 of the MBA consists of 2 units for a total of 30 ECTS.
